Winter's come!

Oh, it's been so cold for the last few days!! Wind stings, and the lake in the campus is now frozen and ducks and birds are walking on the ice! Yes, it's been said that it's really cold here this winter. How is Sheffield, Midlands, Suffork, Norfork, Tokyo, Kyoto, Macao, and Taipei? Is it getting colder there?? Posted by Picasa

it's cold down here in Sheffield, although the drive down to Nottingham is beautiful... frost and mist on the fields... although i feel really sorry for the sheep.

We should count ourselves as lucky though as most of the autumn has been warmer than usual. Probably why the sudden change in temperature seems so harsh, when in reality it is just the norm for this time of year. Roll on summer!

Hi Wanyu,
Oh, I also heard about the heater from Yoshi. Do you mean -by the way- only three of you have survived??

Hi Jenny,
Frost and mist on the fields! Must be very good. I walked through my favourite Walmgate Stray this afternoon; it was quite good because of the mist and grasses reflecting sunshine!

Andy, yes you may be right. My blog is pretty lively now, but you could perhaps imagine what's going on the other side of the story!
